“The new year stands before us, like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written. We can help write that story by setting goals.” – Melody Beattie
Happy New Year!!! I hope you all have had an amazing start to 2017!!
Yes, I know I’m a little late to the party 🙂 The last month and half has been pretty hectic for me, so I have been sorely neglecting my blog. But it’s a new year and I get a clean slate! My commitment (not a resolution, since those get easily broken) is to make Latitude Unknown a priority, regardless of what else is going on. Traveling (and talking about traveling) bring so much joy and peace to my spirit, so it’s a win-win for everyone 🙂
While I am anxious to start planning my travels for 2017, I want to share more with you on a couple of trips I took in 2016. First up will be a series on my trip to Cuba last fall. There was so much to see and reflect on, so I’m really excited to share more about it! After that, I’ll follow up with part 2 and 3 of my trip to Thailand (see part 1 here). Thailand is such a beautiful country, and to-date I haven’t shared my pictures with very many people. So I’m LOOONG overdue. LOL!!
I’d love to hear what trips everyone has planned for 2017!
